SFE – System Supporting Fuel Station Networks
The SFE (SiteFrontEnd) is a comprehensive modular system that provides full digital support for the operation of fuel stations. It enables efficient and transparent management of fuel station networks. Thanks to its modular architecture, the system allows centralized management of fuel inventories, pricing, deliveries, excise records, issue tracking, and user permissions. NAV-compliant solutions and automated data processing help reduce administrative burdens and increase process efficiency.
Each module covers different aspects of station operations:
- Fuel Levels: Displays current tank level data.
- Station Data: Registers new fuel stations; manages basic information, opening hours, staff, and services.
- Pricing: Centralized pricing; comparison with competitors’ prices; price distribution within the network; reporting.
- Deliveries: Tracks fuel arrivals; manages unloading; generates automatic delivery reports.
- Excise Records: Electronic excise data reporting to NAV; shift closures; reporting.
- Issue Tickets: Logs and manages issues centrally; sends email notifications.
- Users: Manages permissions; registers users; creates permission groups.
