The NIKA application currently provides access to the following services via the GIRO network communication channel:
- KHR (Central Credit Information System), formerly known as BAR (Interbank Debtor Registry)
- KPKNY – Central Register of Free Cash Withdrawal Declarations
- GIRinfO – Query System for Central Document, Address, Portrait, Signature, and Vehicle Records
- JIR – Income Verification System
New Features
E-identification: The e-Identification process in brief:
- The client wishes to verify their identity via the DÁP interface, either in a client application or in person at a customer service desk/branch.
- The service provider offers a callback option (via deeplink or QR code), which is generated by the NIKA application.
- The DÁP application executes the callback to NIKA, passing along the required technical data set (metadata).
- The DÁP application identifies the user and requests consent to share their data.
- Upon successful identification, the DÁP application sends the user’s identifier to the NIKA application, which responds with an acknowledgment and additional relevant data.
HAASZ (Consent-Based Data Service): With knowledge of the client’s DÁP identifier, it becomes possible to query the data necessary for the business process in question. This is provided through the HAASZ service, where the requested data set is delivered with the client’s explicit consent. The HAASZ service is complemented by the Aggregator service, which performs actual data queries based on the user’s consent. Access to these services is provided via KKSZB-next.
E-Property: The KKSZB Gateway module establishes the connection between the E-ING system and the Central Government Service Bus (KKSZB). Using this connection, it is possible to request copies of property deeds from the E-ING system via the KKSZB. Authentication is handled by verifying the client access token obtained from KKSZB. Requesting a copy of a property deed requires providing specific address details or parcel numbers (municipality, location, parcel number).
