Purpose

The most important goal of REPOS is to increase efficiency in the entire process of document management by extending flexibility and reducing the occurrence of human errors.

Most important advantage of using REPOS is efficiency of document management which means both content and form changes can be transferred to templates of automatically created documents in a short period of time, without the need for involving developers. The advantages of introducing REPOS system are:

    • Designing and modifying a new document on a clear web interface without the need for developer competence
    • Using Office-based templates allows existing company forms to serve as a basis for new documents, no need to recommence designing from scratch

Optional features
  • Virtual Template Maker (VTM): after uploading the required images and documents to a temporary storage, VTM provides opportunity to create, download, and forward templates to one of the printing houses using REPOS application. Further information on steps of processing is being sent by the printing house via email.
  • Prepaid Printing: Complementing the VTM with an additional feature that allows instant offsetting costs of services related to templates and data sources having been prepared and sent to printing house through an inter-paid payment system.
